Yes! Learners access the platform for free. You only pay when you purchase educator content (courses, communities, digital products) or optional TRL certifications.
How do platform fees work for educators?
Your subscription tier determines your platform fee: Starter (10%), Growth (6%), or Pro (4%). Payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe) are passed through separately.
Can I upgrade my educator tier anytime?
Absolutely! Upgrade anytime to unlock more products, communities, and lower platform fees. You'll be prorated for the remaining billing period.
What's included in institutional pricing?
Institutional contracts include a base license, per-seat pricing (tiered by volume), onboarding, and optional educator content licensing. Contact sales for a custom quote.
Do educators need to pay to access learner features?
No! Educator accounts include full learner access. You can consume content while also creating and selling your own.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. For institutions, we also support invoicing and wire transfers.
